Excellent! I walked into the hospital at 11:56 for an appointment at 12:15. Used the app to confirm my attendance and got a number. Sat down and my number was called in less than a minute. Awesome! I couldn't make payment through the app immediately after the appointment, so I still had to take a paper ticket and pay at the terminal, but would be awesome if you integrated payments with Google wallet to complete payment.

(Android exp) Only manage to access once per installation. Afterward (next sessions) the screen doesn't accept inputs = can't log in = no further access...

Can't log in after update. PIN activity appears constantly above the app even if you entered the pin.

Make the search of "consultation type" easier. I don't have to know how you map your internal categories. Set the "all doctors" as a default.

It is quite bad. Since a month now I am unable to log in. When you launch the app, it automatically goes to biometric login, which I never set up in the first place, and when I tap on "go back to login", the login screen hangs, irresponsive. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, have tried clearing the cache and app data, and it will work once only and then the next time hangs again. Always have to wait to be next to a PC, so I can enter My Luz via a browser.
