Your app is the absolute worst app ive ever tried using. The only part that works almost decent is the main dashboard that gives the ID number and that's it. It is impossible to find a doctor or specialist based on the find a doctor button. Nothing past that button is as it should be, you have specialties that aren't specialties, you are missing main specialties, you can't select multiple different specialties to search several different kinds because it looks for a doctor that has all

Do not use Molina as an insurance provider. Their customer service is useless. The reps. Can not answer any questions, they tell you that they will call you back and never do. The health perks reward is a scam, they will email you saying you have points to redeem, when you go to the app to redeem the points that page will not open or load. Every other page will open and load but that one. App is up to day. This company is a scam. I will be changing to another provider as soon as possible

The app and website are horrible. It shows under medical PCP search providers that are not even PCP. They are ER, Urgent care, pulmonologist and behavioral health doctors. NOT medical primary care docs. . Most places don't even accept Marketplace Molina. I suggest you stay away from it. Now if you are in middle of northern OH it might be okay but being in Eastern Oh not many choices, and you can never get anyone on the phone.
