I love the app. It's nice to be able to see all your health information in one place. My only problem is I am unable to figure out how to schedule a new appointment to see my doctor. It was very easy on the old system and impossible on the new app.

Always keep me posted on my health, A great way to stay up to date with my Primary Care Team. This app continues to grow more and more. With my health issues I get all of my appointments n notification when and where app is an appointment reminder, and it never lets me forget all of my upcoming appointments. It is better than my clients having to call me, it's a wonderful chart 📉 📈 reminder and calanderall in one. It allows me to do follow-ups.

Nonstop distracting notifications, both through this app and SMS. For a simple glucose blood draw I must have received at least 8 different reminders and notifications which were totally useless and unnecessary. I was previously on One Medical and Crossover Health and never faced all this spamming. Unfortunately my workplace decided to go to Premise but if this doesn't stop I will certainly terminate my relationship with them. Also, the app is super dated and doesn't even support biometrics.

It's such a garbage app - huge downgrade from One medical which I loved. Unfortunately since my employer has moved to Premise Health I'm stuck with this app. For every little scheduling request one needs to go through manual messaging exchanges with their admin staff, instead of the ability to book seamlessly online through the app. Very disappointed!
