★★★★★ The new Scottish Golf App is actually a big improvement from the previous one. The app is easy to use, haven't had any issues so far. Great place to start!
★★★★★ Head and shoulders above the previous app. Functional and easy to view with no advert spam.
★★☆☆☆ No update to download again. Golf partners still unable to record scores from away courses. It's still the useless dross it was before they closed old app.
★★☆☆☆ Dreadful design, dreadful execution. Completely unintuitive to use: how many things does anyone actually need to do with the app? Check handicap, enter and validate scores, update personal details including, for example, club affiliation. Nothing is easy to do and the app (if you can work out how to enter a score, for example) is very laggy. Honestly the worst app I have ever used. Who approved the design? Who signed off on the app itself?? Just awful.
★★☆☆☆ Awful. Too many steps to enter a routine club competition and create a scorecard. Get rid of the term "Attester", "marker" is the recognized terminology. Lacking in functionality - no live leader board. Lack of consistency between Android & IOS versions make it difficult to help others on different OS. The previous Scottish Golf app was so much better; easier to use, clearer interface and with more functionality. Major step backwards
