This is supposed to make payments convenient. However, Even though my hardware is saved and recognized, they make me re-enter it. They have my password. Now they've taken to making me enter another code to prove it is my email. And they make me pay $5.00 to use it. I think I'll go back to making them do it over the phone. Update..... They said Oh sorry..... And you can get free payment processing by setting up auto payment deduction. BANG! That's why the app malfunctions.

SPS is the worst company I ever dealt with, in my opinion. Their app makes me want to rip my hair out every month or two with the ridiculously insane verification process they force you to do with an 8-digit code they email you then re-enter my password that I can't remember because I've had to force to change it over and over. And you can't use an older password again. I make the loan payments for my mother, and now I can't make any more payments online. Only company that does this insanity!
