Very good, they have a new 12-month plan's available which seem really great value for money, but since it's basically a 12-month contract I've been asking if agreeing to the 12-month offer would it show up on my credit file, no one seems to understand what I mean. But it's great value for money on the monthly plans as well...

Not very good app. Info about usage incomplete, whole app is unfriendly, no way to contact cust service, just designed to push certain plans. The first thing I should see in the app is MY plan. Instead, it's tucked away hidden in menus whilst most of the page advertises other plans. Here's a hint for the designers - if I was interested in those plans I wouldn't have chosen a different one! Don't think much of customer service nearly 30 mins waiting for response in chat facility!

Bought 30 day SIM to try network speeds where I live. Vodafone is very quick, everywhere I tried this EE SIM the 5g signal was perfect but got less than 2mbps download. Had no intention of continuing. Then I got charged another 5 quid and found I'd been signed up for 12 months, had to pay 25 quid to cancel. 99% sure I didn't select that option but who knows. Suffice to say, disappointed.

Appallingly dreadful app - non-stop notification spam. I signed up for Talk Home a couple of days ago as it was inexpensive and installed the associated application. Now I know why it's so cheap. The cretins behind the service think it's okay to send notifications every few minutes. Aso, the notifications are irrelevant. I don't need top-ups, and I don't need to manage multiple devices at scale. And I don't need to be pestered every few minutes with yet another pointless notification. Jerks.
