this app was wayyyyyyyyyy better than "My Spectrum" I used to be able to check who was calling the house and it had everything easy to access. even though it did have some glitches at the end hands down prefer this one than the new app they have gotten

this app was amazing. spectrum took away all yhe good features like changing wifi paswords and resetting modem and cable nox. the spectrum app took it all away and sends you to the website. please use this and just change the name via update.

Wish to keep!! Call ! PLEASE CALL!! Spectrum and fight to keep your ability to change your settings. New app takes all that away from you! Don't let them take back your controll!!

Uninstalled this app because lately you can't shut it off...it runs in the background and whenever I get a call on my home phone (again through Spectrum cause I have the phone service too), it pops up listing that call on my mobile phone. Forget that...if I need to make adjustments to my account I will just go to the website and make the changes there. absolutely no reason to have the app on my mobile phone...I originally thought it was a good idea...no more...deleted app from my phone!!!!!
