I've been using the app for a long time now and have no issues with it. If anything it's much easier to keep track of my energy usage and to top up my meters as and when needed. I've found it easier to communicate with the company via the app but considering I haven't had any issues with my energy supply it's been a while since I've needed to chat to anyone.

I've been with utility 5 years now & no real issues. Just try not to use any POWER UP'S bc you'll get trapped in an endless cycle of debt. They even deduct ?% recovery amount from the POWER UP?! I'm just saying from my own experiences I've ended up using more power ups, and I'm building up debt! I can't then reduce it quick enough? Seem to be then always stuck needing the emergency credit! OK so good if your away as no standing charge so more per unit! So app is a handy 👍

Can't access the app and top up my power due to issue with "terms and conditions" popup preventing me from accessing the main UI. EDIT 30/01: After repeatedly uninstalling and reinstalling, this issue is still happening. I cannot top up my power or apply for a Power Up

Used to work fine now it won't show how much credit I have taken app off and back on still same, only way I can check my credit is outside on my meter wish I didn't change companies and looking to go bk to octopus
