★★☆☆☆ Truly awful app, tried logging in to either change broadband deals or cancel because my price increased after exciting contract, unable to log in, emailed my email address which never came, checked spam, junk etc., no email, went back to the app to resend email to which point I had to repeat the process of trying to log in, so even if I had received the email it wouldn't have worked anyway, absolutely ridiculous a multi-million company can't even get a simple app working
