I put a barr on my mobile via the app n had problems changing back. Now all call are restricted to this number contact customer care agent, on all numbers. It's a good app, but I found an error somewhere. Problem started3 months ago on s21 fe still problem on my s25? Even changed sim? No one can help me ChatGPT is stuck saying it's your end? The app says good? Vodafone ok their end. Ok my end? Problem solve it put me a hidden barr ongoing calls. It was found when I rang up, not in chat. Thank you

Worst Network app possibly. Almost every month you guys have to work hard (as per little note on the request test) to improve service. What kind of extraterrestrial services are you working on that need improving that frequently?

I've installed this purely to access "Very Me" rewards. The website insists I get these through this app. The app doesn't even have Very Me on it. A Vodafone YouTube video from three years ago shows it as being in the app. The app instead has a "rewards" button - which leads to a broken webpage. Not a very good look.
