Getting better, but still needs work. Still no good/simple relay hold options. Still no smart notifications like Ring or Nest (or anyone else). But it is getting better. At least you can do multiple sites now!

Works really well, but if you have multiple houses you have to put all systems on one site or else you can only receive calls from one site at a time because you get a unique login for each site. Pretty ridiculous, but at least there is a workaround. But if you were a property manager for multiple different clients with this system, you would be out of luck.

This app doesn't work all the time. Sometimes you have to try and fail before it will open and work.

The app works fine. The issue I have with the app is a huge one. We use it at my work for the front door since the building is locked down 24/7. I run 2nd shift, so I am asleep at 6am when the phone is ringing off the hook. The only way to stop it is to disable the app! Then I forgot to cut it on when I'm at work. The app desperately needs a setting to be able to set a schedule for it not to function!! This is why I give it a 1-Star rating. I have submitted the issue but no response
