★★★★★ My service advisor, Johan, has always given me excellent service and if I have a question, And if he doesn't know the answer, then he has always found out the answer or consulted with someone that can help me. Case in point on my last visit; I had some technology questions, so he immediately contacted the technology expert, who contacted me to solve my problems. Alyssa then showed me how to set up my Audi app.

★★★★★ I wish I could set my A/C from the remote start. Remote start works 90% not sure the reason

★★☆☆☆ The UI is dated! I don't want to pay for background color and pictures after paying 100k for a car. You sell EVs, today a lot of customers are enthusiasts, but this app has no value for enthusiasts! It misses telematics and data that would be great: electric usage by load, how much drive, how much heater, electronics etc. used. How was the drive profile va usage. Even a key can do remote parking but a 120k Audi cannot. The digital key doesn't work. The communication with the car takes ages.

★★☆☆☆ It is so hit or miss if the app will work or not. Can't remote start if car is not locked, but the remote lock doesn't always work. Can't remote start if the emergency brake isn't on, but you don't have that functionality from the app. Not sure if it is app related or not, but after it locked me out of key user and I had to reset it, I've not been able to log back into Amazon Alexa for over a year. It just spins and never connects. Frustrating for the cost of the car.
