Horrendous to use. Unresponsive when you need it to work. Loaded my card up to use cashless, but it switched to using cash so had to be taken round 3 cash machines before I could pay the guy. Order a taxi to my hotel, but it sent it to the street behind us, and we couldn't message the driver to tell him to come to us. Gojek and Uber are much better apps.
