★★★★★ This app is great. The staff is also very helpful if you have troubles navigating anything.

★★★★★ Really like the App. Would love it if the option to attach pics of receipts to claims was included like in many other apps.

★★☆☆☆ Unfinished app. Will let you file some claims and view dates and amounts of payments. Otherwise, totally useless. No way to read messages or to display benefit amounts/balances. Not even a way to ask a question or send a message just a list of phone contact numbers. I really don't see why they bothered with this app.

★★☆☆☆ Mostly works, but is frustrating when you say I needed to submit receipts from another plan but won't let me submit them through the app. Only if you are "selected for further review" which you didn't do, you just rejected the claim.

★★☆☆☆ These guys have been scamming good people. For nearly 80 years! Don't take my word for it, just Google "blue cross reviews" They avg 1.5 stars across many different review sites. If your employer uses these guys, he)she likely hates you, lol.
