App worked, after edit snafus, such as, would not permit updating physician data. Asks for group number, but my insurance paperwork does not define any numbers on the policy as this, and does not bother to define what number is meant by that. Forced patients to switch to the app rather than permitting them to continue to be notified to reorder by text, which was already working fine for me. As long as app allows me to reorder supplies in a timely manner, fine. We will see if they arrive

I'm forced to use this company. I have never had so many problems ordering anything online. Product is always in transit or sitting at shopping centers for days. They screwed up and sent me the wrong product and the CSR was rude about it even though it was THEIR mistake. Trying to log in is always a hit or miss. Apparently my log on info is always wrong or doesn't exist. I get the waiting on insurance, but this company is terrible at what they do.

My ostomy nurse recommended By ram for my ostomy suplies. I personally find the ordering easy except for one weird quirk that By ram refuses to fix. I order monthly supplies from and order Medline or Bard for my overnight 2000ml urinary bag. However, By rum ignores and instead sends me an inferior brand (Rusch) which I didn't order and find cheap and inferior. Even after complaining to the service rep, they continue to do this. Therefore, I lowered my rating from a five-stars to two-stars.
