★★★★★ I get notifications but can't change the notification sound. I get the same sound I use for text alerts. I look at the screen to see where alerts coming from. Edit: fixed. Phone settings, notifications,adv sett, manage notify categories was turned off, turned on. Back to settings, my cam, I now see notification categories. Sound can be changed. EDIT: alerts coming in 45 min to 1 hour after motion detected. Box came up "this app has a bug empty cache & try again" Uninstalling, what now?

★★★★★ It hasn't given me many problems in the past, but now it sends alerts to my S23, and it won't let me view my cameras with my phone when away from home. It says 'connection exception' or 'offline'. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but still not letting me. Made sure setting on the monitor at home is on dynamic. Also changed Ethernet cables. I am at a loss. I need my security system to work. Please help!!! Sent email to developers and STILL no word. 3/4/24 - IT WORKS NOW!! THANK YOU!!!

New update has made it to where my cams won't connect when I open the app, ive deleted the app 3 times and reinstalled and still I get either a connection exception or offline, on all my cams, they're still. Working and recording I just can't view them from my phone or the app period !!!
