UPDATE 2/11/25: I have done reinstalls in the past. But I did it again and to my surprise things improved. I can now remote start and review status and SW version etc. It seems everything is now working. But it is still very slow with updates. I can't do anything with the start/lock buttons. Takes forever to show battery status. I'm not confident the software status/update works at all. It still shows 3/31/2024

Chevy,,, I don't need to say anymore. Nothing compared to my truck... 125000 on it and 1 set of tires front & rear brakes and oil changes,,, has never left me stranded... Family is all Chevrolet owners... 4 generations of Chevy owners. I pull up in a Corvette and another pulls up in a Mustang guess what vehicle she's getting in... the Chevy Corvette... 👍 nothing beats a Chevy...

I pay $25 a month just so I can use this app to remote start my car, and every cold morning when I need it most, I can't log in. It's fine in the afternoon when the sun is shining, but never when I need it.

App used to work well. I am able to access it and able to use the remote start, lock, and open features. However, the vehicle information such as fuel level, air pressure in the tires etc that usually updates when you open the app does not work. I have done all the uninstallations, reinstalls, starting the car, turning the car off resets etc., and it still doesnot want to update the vehicle information.
