★★★★★ This version looks like having significant improvement on the user experience and the performance. Finally producing a good app for customers.

★★☆☆☆ Switchboard always malfunction. Takes me to a blank page whenever I try to log in. painstakingly slow and layout is poorly executed... how did this pass management ? How is the recommended app to use to “ease” us in data input from the Cigna party?

★★☆☆☆ Totally rubbish! Cannot submit claim, just wait and wait. It cannot load into the page.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible app. Can't store login details, and continually comes up with "The page you are looking for can not be found" unless you close the app several times. Not very user-friendly...

★★☆☆☆ Clunky. App doesn't remember login details, and a claim I submitted via the app has disappeared from the system, so I have to re-submit the claim.
