Had some trouble last year with the update (minor: historical data wiped, I had a backup). Update actually fixed issue with dropping connection mid-workout, so it was worth losing that historic data. Newest issue was app not seeing my rower. Talked with support, who was quick to respond. Changed the batteries in console and everything has been working. I set annual goals, I like how I can view my past workouts by month, so I can see where I'm at. I do wish it linked with the MyFitnessPal app.

I bought a Bluetooth Reality Rowing machine and this app connects wonderfully to it. The workouts are great and offer a variety of workouts to follow along. It records your progress a stats if you sign up for it. It's great for anyone looking to work out from home. I had a hard time connecting to Bluetooth at first, but it was operator error on my end. The support team is great and prompt in their response. Would definitely recommend.

I have a few Bluetooth items that connect with this app. I started out with the Bluetooth Stepper. Before connecting it to the app.... my stepper was barely used. I had the stepper a year before I connected it to the app. The app makes a HUGE difference!! I "feel" like I didn't do much (I started out only being able to do 5 minutes) of any program.... BUT... I DID IT Every day!! I eventually was able to complete 10 minutes making sure to use correct form..... I lost 10lbs and it stayed off!

Latest update took away the pause and stop buttons from basic workout screen

App randomly loses machines mid-workout or can't connect to start. Update. Replaced circuit board on bike, same issue, random drops, regardless of phone used. Bought rower, app can't find rowing machine 95% of the time, even after hard reset of rower. All issues happen on following devices: OnePlus 9 pro (x3), Samsung Note 9, Samsung S9+ (x2) and Pixel 2XL. All devices work with other Bluetooth devices. The application needs to Allow pairing through OS.
