HOW THE DOCK (BOAT DOCK... NOT USING OFFENSIVE WORDS) ARE YOUR DOCUMENT UPLOADING RULES BEING GENERATED?!?!?!..... ON THE FLY??? I mean I understand that you don't want to get a document more than 2mb in size (that's like back in the 2000, the default maximum file size in Apache Server HTTP conf file), but how on all Gods do you expect that the freaky pharmacy receipt is A4?!?!??.... LAM EEE!!!!!! 0 stars. I've already spent too much time with this freaky application. I don't care anymore

There is an issue with the way scans get processed. If I submit a PDF version of a document, it happens all the time that it is rejected because unreadable. The PDF is perfectly OK. I suspect they apply some sort of image processing when submitting receipt, and that messes up the submitted document.
