Very useful. Just for info, if you want to see the latest promotion, you can view it here. But just to be clear, this app is not for viewing your accounts statement and so on. They got another website call Coway Self care for customers to view their bills, their product details, etc.

Apps not user-friendly. Can't view statement but full of promotions is emphasized. Member already purchased only prefer statement/payments not what new arrival products. Call not answer. Best solution- to cancel autodebit so that good service will pop out automatically.
