App sucks. << I posted this 1/25/25 I originally gave the app one star but after a couple updates I noticed that the glitch and unresponsiveness of the app has greatly improved! I've had my same cricket number since 2015 so overall Cricket has worked out for me. Before I used Cricket I was constantly switching providers. 10 years with Cricket is my longest relationship LOLL Thank you Cricket !!

I switched from my old phone provider (Metro PCS), like 3 months ago & I can't rave enough good things about Cricket Wireless service. First off the customer service is outstanding. The actual phone service is a breeze and my phone is really nice too. The bill payment can be do e on the phone or through the app, and is super easy and quick not only ro set up but to so pay the phone bill. The overall service from Cricket is SUPERIOR to every other carrier.

So after a few years with crickets bs services. Switching to another carrier. Even that they've made a pain. Its clear YOU DO NOT value, or care about your customers. You're website an app don't function properly, I've wasted days now trying to get ahold of a person. To figure out my username. After once again being logged out of my cricket app every update, a required to reset password every time like this is a work place computer bs. NO!! Help has been received, no problems resolved.
