Straightforward and easy to use, customer service is thorough with making sure that problems or concerns are attended. Not bad for a third party payment card where you're not the one that funds the account. I had to activate twice, once through the phone, waited 6 months before using and got declined, downloaded the app to check balance and all was there. Got routed to customer service, verified balance, reactivated card again, no good. Found option and activated card in the app. Worked. Took 2hrs

Terrible service DON'T USE THIS APP OR SERVICE!! Does not let you pull money off without having the physical card then when you call they say you can't get a physical card and I tried to get gas with the card and at the pump, and it took $75 out, and I didn't even pump gas and when I called customer service they said that I have to have the gas station email them yea right telling them that they didn't get the money for the gas, or I have to wait 8 days for the money to go back on the card. Pissed.

I spent 3/4 of a day at AFCEL after driving 45 minutes to get there and was given Dash card with $25 on it and was told to keep the card for future deposits etc. so I set the card back to save the money and when I tried to activate it showed a $0 balance, so I called card services and spoke with Rona who stated I was charged $4.95 because I had not used the card, so my next question was why is there a $0 balance and not $20.05, and she couldn't give me a straight answer. BEWARE OF DASH
