They replaced my roof after high winds ripped shingles off. The roof was 22 years old ($100) deductible. My agent is a professional gentleman and is a good actor or concerned about his clients well-being. No cute advertising from Grange their money goes where it counts. 4 friends of mine have changed to Grange. Sf. insurance had to be taken to court when an illegal immigrant no insurance totaled her car, 1 month hospital, 15 months rehab for neck and shoulder injuries. Lawyers got her money.

I have not been able to use the app since I downloaded it a few months ago because it says it has a bug and to ten again after it's been updated. That was 3 months ago, and it's been updated since then and tells me the same thing.

Everyone I try to make a payment on this app it has issues not accepting payment after clicking authorize. It shows incorrect policy info with expired policies and not the current policy. Please fix it!! It is frustrating enough I just call to make payments now
