Registering wasn't a problem but trying to create a link was impossible, eventually a nice lady from the housing department helped me achieve a connection. Put your housing reference in then press option for payments then your date of birth. Hope this helps.

No real issues other than the fact that it won't allow for biometric (fingerprint) login, or even store my login details, but that might be a ME issue rather than an app issue

App is terrible, may aswell go on the normal Wed page, they have paid for a cheap app that don't work properly. Standard for hull city council

Can't book repairs at all, doesn't save your login info no fingerprint system. Only thing it's useful for is seeing your appointments when they are coming that's it. They actually released it in a beta with hardly no features at all aka actually book repairs yet HCC are cutting actual staff for you to talk over the phone. And because it won't let you book repairs it asks you to ring up to do it ??? It's total backwards

It's been what 4 or 5 months now, and you still can't report repairs via this app even though its website tells you it were you need to go. You have to fiddle on its website turn off pop-ups to let it open a new window that lets you report it via that since this still doesn't work. And before I get a reply yes I have connected my account

App is completely blank. Nowhere to report repairs, nowhere to find account info rent statements nothing. It's taken me 2 hours in total to get from website to app. Info not found etc. invalid password etc., and now I still can't log repairs etc. USELESS. WASTE OF TIME
