★★★★★ Sorry, should have updated sooner. App is fine, did require a reset in vehicle to work again, but that info was sent to me within 24 hours of the one-star review. Great customer service! Loses a star for spotty connectivity, but isn't terrible.

★★★★★ Bought my 25 Tuscon Limited on 2/2 and have had Blue Link glitches here and there, but nothing like before. I just couldn't understand why I was told that the Wi-Fi function only works if you don't use Apple or Android Auto. This is false, which is why I gave only 4 stars. CS isn't great.

★★☆☆☆ I changed my rating because app isn't working I can't start my car with the remote starter can't lock or unlock the doors nothing is working

★★☆☆☆ App connection is poor at best. Too many issues with remote connectivity. Telling there's an issue is useless, fix the problems. On cold climate, remote start is a big factor for me. As it is, I don't see buying another Hyundai/Kia product and I will probably move on later this year to a reliable vehicle.

★★☆☆☆ Remote start has not worked for 3 weeks and no response from customer service
