Pleasant ride. Bus driver was helpful and respectful which I was greatly for seeing as my boyfriend and I are new to Jacksonville and trying to go from Jax Beach back to the Westside. Ended up getting an Uber to make sure we made it to work

The worst bus system on the planet. I activate my mobile bus pass and the bus doesn't show up as scheduled and even though the live tracker says it's one minute away it never shows up. So now I have to wait on it the next bus, but the pass is only active for 30 minutes. JTA is just taking my money and when I am a nickel short the drivers make a big deal out of it even though I paid for a ticket and the bus didn't show up. JTA ows me at least $10

Google is more reliable and accurate. I have to toggle between the two in order to figure out my route and timing. The buses and live GPS thing is a complete lie. You'll stand there watching the countdown for the bus to arrive and surprise the bus never shows up. I feel this app is great for easy and convenient easy to pay. Thank goodness I have transportation. But times like this when my vehicle is in the shop I catch the bus to my appointments. So far JTA always have me late.
