I like this app. The utility of checking map location, status. Lock and unlock doors, and remote start is worth the monthly fee.

The remote start has been working well. It didn't work a total of 2 times a while back. A push button key fob would have been more reliable, but this has been working, so I'm happy

10 a month to remote start a car, app flakes out constantly. App team and managers that okay this should be fired. Won't buy another mazda unless changed

Edit: 2/17/25 app is still trashed. I live in an area that has below freezing temps for most of the winter, and it is unacceptable that the app fails to connect more than half the time. When it does manage to connect the remote start fails a good chunk of the time. If it takes me 10 minutes just to remote start my car (if it works at all) it defeats the purpose entirely. If you are going to charge me a monthly fee or steal my data and sell it at least give a working app in exchange.
