Very well-structured and organized interface. Making it very easy to navigate. There are endless tools and features that make scheduling, following up, script refills, checking test results, etc., so easy to do. You can literally schedule all your appointments over the phone without having to jot it down if your hands are full, and BAM it's there in your app with all the details of your upcoming visits, and then of course you can just hit the little "add to my calendar" button and voilà!

It's nice to be able to access all my records and ....... it is giving multiple notifications for the same message, test result, etc. It's also sending a notification that I have a message when I send a message. Along with the new 2-step security verification, it's a little annoying. Otherwise, good app!

There's information that's in My Mercy app that is not in this new My Mercy+ app. And other communications, you don't give us any way of communicating by sending messages back and forth to our doctors.

Makes me use a code sent to my email every single time to log in even after a fingerprint. The old mercy app didn't. Everything in separate sections. So you have to click on each section to see. I don't really like that.
