Loved at first, but the app just keeps crashing now I have to buy a new alarm clock. I am not happy about it

Edit 1/12/23: No change in crashing, but I did find the manual and was able to set clock, alarms and sounds manually. Original Review: App crashes, clock time is wrong. Worked for a few months (Aug-Nov) but sometime over the Christmas school break the clock is behind 8 minutes and is a day ahead. I have a new phone and installed the app to update the clock, and it keeps crashing! Our son is in Kindergarten and this was helping his independence in getting up and ready on time. Very frustrating.

Crashes when trying to connect to the clock. First time using it and was gifted this clock. Wish it would work. Written manual is difficult to understand. Please fix the app.
