★★★★★ I like it 👍 and I'm able to see how much more I got to go to finish paying off my loans, but sometimes I forget my password and I know how to find it for me to get in, I highly recommend for anyone to use this app, it helps you to stay up-to-date, and know what's going on with your pension, how much it's put in for your retirement. Thank you.

I recommend that everyone download the app on your personal phone to keep track of your service request applications such as for your buyback, request service time, update as needed, your address, phone, and email or your retiree application when the time comes and lastly added your beneficiaries. I have no complaints here with this app.

★★☆☆☆ If I could 0 stars I would always gotta get a code to log in from the same damn phone I use all the time at home in the street I have to do this. And when does nycers update info because I'm looking at info from last week.

★★☆☆☆ It was good initially now I can NEVER get into the app. I have to reset my password every time I want to check in. F'ing SUCKS!
