I don't know why everybody's complaining about this app It actually works 99.9% of the time If I have an outage at my home I sign into this app and report the outage at my home, and they give me an update within 2 minutes or less They send me a text tell me the estimated ETA when do the electricity should be back on and their ETA time frame is pretty accurate So all the other negative 1 star 2-star people who give this rating to they don't know what you're talking about I'm being honest here

App used to work. Sadly, it hasn't worked in at least a year. When trying to add a property, it claims it's the wrong service provider. It's not. Do better, On cor. The concept is great, if only it worked.

Can't report outage, because your system/ app doesn't recognize none of my info, EIN, meter, address, phone. Why the app does not store your info is STUPID!!!
