This app is so convenient I can see all my appointments and test results and communicate with my doctors

It's okay for entering bp and heart rate. Not very intuitive for navigating the app. Also changed my login settings without me going to settings. Now having problems logging in. Removed and reinstalled. Still can't log in. Website works fine.

Not able to enable Push Notifications. Every time I try it says "An error has occurred on the server. Please try again." Then if you try again it says "The server is processing your request." But it never does, and it continues to say that every time you try again until you close and relaunch the app. Please fix.

Can anyone help confirm or remove the diagnosis' posted in my chart on Jan 23, 2024? Brain, colon, and breast cancers were removed while 7 other illnesses remain. Andrea Carr closed my case without reading my request. I could use a little peace of mind.
