It was simple to use with very clear instructions at each step so much so that I had no need to contact support or seek any additional help.

Gets to the 'verifying your identity' screen and just keeps ticking over on this screen. Not working.

After a couple of failed attempts to log in, and a phone call.... We finally got to upload diving license, and selfie, updated address etc. etc. Then received message 'verifying your identity, this may take a few seconds' half an hour in. ... we have the same message still. Crazy. So now we'll have to make yet another international call to the UK

Should be easy as, but ....... I wasted nearly 2 hours of my life trying to use this app. At my age 2 hours is a lot. To cut a long story short, firstly, the app crashed. I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling it 3 times. It wouldn't accept my ID because one corner was slightly blurred. I spent so much time waiting in a queue to speak to a customer service operator (who were very good and pleasant considering the flack they must get) that it has probably cost me a weeks pension in phone calls.

Have to keep reloading the information every time Struggled taking the photo scan. Suggests holding the photo on my hand. How can I take a photo with one hand holding the camera. Don't know how my ex-colleagues cope because I'm ok with technology
