★★☆☆☆ Under payment history why do you only list payment date and payment type but not payment amount paid? Do you even have normal patients' beta test your app? Apparently not.

★★☆☆☆ To create an account you need to enter a code that they email you. When you enter the code they send you which is a 6-digit number, you're greater with message saying it doesn't match the pattern of a regex indicating the code should be all alphabetic. That's pretty bad. Please fix it.

★★☆☆☆ Keeps asking for permissions I don't need. Slow. Not easy to sign in to. Been months, and it still asks for permissions I've already declined. If I declined them, I don't need a reminder every time asking for the same damn permissions I obviously do not want to allow. I will add that Quest is getting slower and slower to release results. This is BS. Why do y'all keep updating the app but not fixing the things people are complaining about!? 3 updates & same problems. What are y'all doing?!
