App is very user-friendly. Now we don't have to go to admin or to the bank to pay. Very detailed for condo dues to utilities.

Billing statements are not updated, and it takes so long to unlink the old unit I was staying in and change it into another unit, hence I need to process all permits personally with the admin instead of doing it in the app like they want all tenants to do. Tried reinstalling the app, now it won't load and is stuck with the My RLC logo. Their email is useless as it asks for so much unnecessary info before processing your complaint, and condo admin is of no help resolving issues as well.

Nominating a PIN is a SHOWSTOPPER. After inputting the PIN on the Confirm PIN screen, it always shows a "Something went wrong. Please try again" error message. This issue/bug makes the user not able to sign up, which is the FIRST process of using this app. In addition to that, a minor comment with the page transition to make it faster than the current implementation to provide better UX. I won't bother using the app until the issue with the Confirm Pin is fixed.

*Update: The app works on my iphone but not on my primary phone Oppo. * It was ok for a few requests. After that it stopped asking for a pin. I tried using password but even if it's correct, the message "Invalid Credential" shows up. I can't reset my password either since Customer care is not working. I reinstalled it but hangs after the splash screen. Now I can't file requests for my unit.
