The is a fantastic upgrade you can hear 20 meters from the roger with no problems and can use the mic to pinpoint a very low sounds that you can't hear with the hearing aid I haven't found away to change the sound the same way as the hearing aid can, but maybe the problem is me Will post more when I find out more

I had problems with crashing app, but I have upgraded my Roger mic Software using Roger updater software via my PC. It would be nice to inform about this people whose are not technical. Plug into the PC and use Roger upgrader. This can fix your problems.

I have Roger Select. Don't know if it's supposed to work with Roger Select but IF NOT, WHY NOT, I'd like something to justify the extortionary sum I foolishly believed would enhance my hearing and ability to interact.

Microphone connects with hearing aids, but the app didn't connect with my microphone.

Roger never hooks up to my cellphone or to my hearing aids. It worked for a few days when I received it from my V.A. audiologist. The hearing aid app (Phoenix) never connects to my hearing aids. Roger is doing the same. I feel bad for my fellow veterans experiencing this every day like I've been for 4 years. I thought the "Roger" would help me hear in many situations that I haven't since become hearing impaired. Companies like this ought to be ashamed of disregarding veterans this way.
