Since I've switched back to rogers this app has not worked at all for me. It asks me to sign in, and when I do, it gets stuck at the loading screen. I've called customer service, and they were unable to help. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still does not work.

Keeps freezing, I did every troubleshooting they said to do, and some other things not listed, and still won't work. I have to waist my time going to the store to pay my bill because this app sucks. Pluss I don't have a bill in the mail, so I have gone there the day after my month was up and was told my bill wasn't processed yet and had to go back another day to pay. Very inconvenient and annoying. They charge too much for their services and don't give breaks/discounts when they mess up. Bad service.
