A lot of the negative reviews seem to be from people who are not using the app correctly/haven't installed it correctly. It works in my experience and provides a nice universal place to see a variety of information about the local area. Useful tools also

Booked our wedding - via the phone because you can't do that on the app - and was told that everything else could be done via the app. Tried to book an appointment to give notice, but the app wouldn't let me sign in so did that over the phone. Now the app is telling me I need to book an appointment to give notice, although we have already done that. I know we have a balance to pay, but the app says there isn't so, again, I'll have to do that over the phone. Useless!

In theory it's a good app, but only good for certain things, if you are reporting potholes and general damage to the highway, you are wasting your time, it could take literally years and dozens of reports, for the Staffs' council to get anything done. You speak to them, and they say they are busy doing other repairs, but where are they being done, nobody seems to know? It's gotta be the worst council in the country, unless you live in Stafford of course.
