★★☆☆☆ Families of beautiful Black and Brown babies be aware, this app does not include darker skin tones and diverse hair textures. Your book characters may not look anything like your children. I was unaware and purchased two books. I emailed the company and have not received a response to date. I would like a refund for both books.

★★☆☆☆ We paid to personalize a book and there are chapters where the voice sounds like a man with an accent breathing heavily and then laughing. Honestly sounds inappropriate, and I'm regretting putting any info into the app, especially the picture of my daughter. I tried emailing, and no one responded. There isn't a way to report issues in the app. I would suggest skipping this app. It was a waste of money.
