★★★★★ I regret updating the app because it's so simple and there's only blank white screen. Please resolve this bug ASAP.

★★☆☆☆ Sluggish, repeatedly crashes for unknown reason, hence take longer time just to simply to send internet data as a gift. It's unbelievable that a company as big as and as profitable as Telkomsel has this kind of terrible apps.

★★☆☆☆ Dumb application, can't login using my phone number just fix it the method login first before you redesign the display stupid!!

★★☆☆☆ The app never fully loads and literally freezes with any button I select. The circle loading icon pops up and spins forever without loading anything. Very frustrating as I can't top up!!!

★★☆☆☆ Trying to make the app design looks cool and modern but can't even keep it stable, for what? Just stick with a simple design but working. The app is even heavier than my game, it's so funny and worthless. I just need to check my balance, not worthless ads that I don't even care.
