I have good experience every time about all information which I had needed. Clear LED display and sounds was very helpful. And light, air con and seat was also good. But In some of the train had low (small)sounds, so it was difficult to find station But not in every train. However, it was very helpful, and the fare is very satisfied etc. The timetable was also accurate according to its schedule.

Someone at Tran slink thought it is a good idea to change it, so you can't favorite a single stop/platform at a bus or train station. Instead, you're forced, more often than not when you're in a hurry, to drill down to a specific stop or platform. Please revert this unnecessary layer of user interaction complexity and make it the way it previously was. Edit 30 November 2025: Not only has this usability issue not been fixed, the app is sluggish and takes forever to load anything half the time.

What is the point of real time updates when these buses can just be fake? I'm standing here watching a bus got through stops on the app and it the "arrives" at my stop and there is no bus! Then it just says the wait for the next service. Why fake it? We need to no if a serive is not going to be arriving!

Never works when you need it. Also is slow and doesn't load journey planner most of the time.
