★★☆☆☆ Don't use this company! I booked a ticket with them, and the airline made changes to my booking, so I decided to cancel the booking. 3 months later, they still didn't refund me for the booking. My friend booked the same flight with another travel agency and the money already in is bank account! I spoke with them a few times, and every time they promised me, they would handle it and give me a priority. Also, they blamed the airline for not giving them the refund, but my friend already got it.

★★☆☆☆ The worst nightmare with a booking I have had so far, I bought my tickets, then when the airline cancelled my flight and gave me an option to cancel or rebook but with dates that didn't suit my needs, I chose to cancel my flight and asked for a refund, then I booked with a different provider for the days I wanted, 5 days later, I received an email from My trip support with an updated flight, instead cancelling as I requested they just updated my booking, now I have 2 bookings and no refund yet
