You have been with my money for the past 5 months I have written several emails and even tried calling your consumer service is very poor, unblocked my let me take out my money 4,000 isn't a joke.

My daughter's account was suspended on New Year's Eve. The account was blocked because she received €5.00 from her friend and she was asked to provide all information regarding this transaction. As it was public holidays her account was unblocked after one week. My daughter at that time was abroad, and it caused a lot of trouble. Thank God she had friends to borrow some cash. Not recommended at all.

SMS text verification code not coming through to UK number. Checked with my MSP and confirmed short messages are not blocked. Other verification sms for various other accounts from Lithuania are coming through including Pays era - issue from myTU end and not fixed yet. Also chose a black design debit card but received a green color card instead. MyTU app now shows a black card but I have received a green color card. A small thing but it seems there is no attention to detail - disappointed.
