★★★★★ I been using umobile for 10 years now, and I have no issues, but the things are I can not change my rate plan" on which I accidentally press 5g prepaid plan

★★☆☆☆ Difficult to online top up and internet subscribe. Always done updated but always "offline third party" notification. I had to make sos top up or go 7eleven to buy a U mobile top up and top up the credit manually. I'm also top up and subscribe mobile internet manually via dial *118# every time. This situation already proves that we're no longer need this application. Always fail in connection, and can't do anything. Need to uninstall it to saving memory space for installing another useful apps.

★★☆☆☆ Internet very slows now.i m subscribed 6mbps but just get only 1mbps.very bad service

★★☆☆☆ I've been loyal to umobile this past few years. I always using the 5G plan. But lately this month, the network is HORRENDOUS. I only got 4G, and sometimes the internet is down. Even my friend, who use 4G plan is having faster connection than me the one who pay 5G? Please fix your connection. I don't pay a lot of money just to have bad connection.
