The nastiest internet service company in Laos. It is impossible to get through to the customer service. Hotline, support line on the website do not work. No answer on Facebook. Worst service is hard to find. After a response from Unitel here. Tried WhatsApp - no answer, there was a new phone number on Line messenger. Called this number - they asked me to wait - then hung up. Everything as usual. Fckng disgusting service. Going to the office tomorrow, canceling my yearly internet contract.

Terrible app, even though I have a strong 4g signal, I still cannot log in and open the app, I cannot use my balance to buy data, worse app ever, remove this app immediately

Please do something. The app keep crashing since the latest update, and it's been quite long that I can't use the app. Please get it fixed.
