★★★★★ I don't think the early direct deposit works. Never gotten paid early

★★★★★ I tried downloading this App, because Customer Service from Wisely said I needed to access my account and balance, using the my Wisely app. I was doing fine simply using the ADP app. Now? I can't get my account balance, unless I call the automated system. I can't download the my Wisely App to connect to my ADP app/card. The my Wisely app appears to be for first-time users of the ADP/Wisely Card. I've already spoken to 2 Customer Service Representatives about this. What next?

★★☆☆☆ I'm sitting at work trying to upgrade my phone which was a $42 amount I tried using my wisely card, and it declined the change I had my paycheck on it which was well over the $42 I check out my account and someone stole $525 out of my account I was NEVER ALERTED I called ADP/wisely, and it's taking forever to get my money back or even get the dispute letter in the mail they won't send it to you any other way BUT I can send it back through email to them, I'm sueing

★★☆☆☆ The customer service people on this app is rude ASF they hang up in your face and have so much disrespect for there clients
