The training methods works fantastic for me and the app is quite okay but could have some more detailed information about your workouts and features to compare your progress with previous workouts. It would be nice to could export your workouts' data to other major training apps where you collect all your other activities

Amazing app Design nd theme is quite good nd attractive, but there should be an option to change theme nd colors....easy to use nd understand, but description is too lengthy...who reads it till end??🙄🙄 There should be a Facebook sign up option which will make it easy to sign up.... Overall it's a good experience.

It looks like this app is purely meant to promote a so-called 4x4 exercise technique. I can't see any benefits of using this app for casual workout exercise. Moreover, when using this app for at-work fitness challenge, people recording a 4x4 exercises had at least 50% advantage over the other colleagues, doing any other exercise routines. Good thing- it has a GPS tracker, but it is nothing unusual. Therefore, I can only give this app 2 stars.
