Hi. The bike is good. I used it for my daily commute. But the workers in the store are very bad. They do not deal well with the customers. I and a friend of mine returned the bike to them. We ask you about something or anything. They treat you like haters and racists. There is one person who respects the customers. The rest is bad. Many people I know no longer use Zomo Bike B because of the workers there. Bad experience we'd workers shop.

The app keeps crashing one second into opening it. I can't even unlock my bike. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't work. Clearing cache doesn't work. I CANNOT UNLOCK MY BIKE TO USE IT.

Terrible service and it is too expensive for what it is. The app never works, and I couldn't make an appointment to return the bike and since I couldn't until 2 days later they charged me for the entire month when it hadn't even been a week.
