★★★★★ This has really helped me to get my husband on board with meditation where other formats have failed. We have taken a few sessions of the intro to meditation course. I like the instructor's accent and the meditations are very relaxing.

★★★★★ Honnêtement, cette application est fabuleuse. J'ai déjà essayé d'autres moyens de prtaiquer la méditation mais Namatata est certainement le meilleur que j'ai pu trouver de nos jours. Je n'utilise que les séances gratuites pour l'instant mais elles montrent l'efficacité de Namatata. Les méditations de cette app m'on permit de m'apprivoiser en patience, bonheur et amour. De plus, celles-ci me semblent très faciles à suivre. Je félicite aux créateurs de cette aventure.

★★★★★ Vraiment très utile. Je n'avais jamais réussi à méditer de façon régulière mais j'ai pu y arriver avec Namatata.

NON! Surtout qu'il y a des milliers de vidéos gratuit sur youtube qui sont bien meilleurs pour la méditation, et méme pleins d'autres appli de méditation avec des prix honnêtes..
